This sweepstakes is conducted by TheDreamTicket LLC, an Arizona-based merchandise company that runs promotional campaigns tied to sweepstakes entries. We donate 20% of gross merchandise revenue to verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. TheDreamTicket is not a charity, and this sweepstakes is not a charitable raffle or lottery.
All participants agree to these official rules. Violations may result in disqualification.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of Arizona, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Proof of Arizona residency is required to claim any prize. Employees of TheDreamTicket LLC, its affiliates, and their household or immediate family members are not eligible. Void outside Arizona and where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Each sweepstakes campaign (“Competition”) will begin and end on the dates listed on the campaign page at www.thedreamticket.com or official social media. Sweepstakes may end early if available merchandise sells out. All entries must be received within the posted entry period to qualify.

3. METHODS OF ENTRY

Participants may enter in the following ways:
a) Merchandise Purchase – Each eligible item purchased on our site during the sweepstakes earns the number of entries stated on the campaign page.
b) Membership – Active monthly members receive a fixed number of bonus entries each month as listed in the campaign terms. Additional purchases by members may result in bonus entries.
c) Promotional Periods – Entry multipliers may be announced during promotional windows.
d) AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry) – Participants may enter for free. See Section 11 for full details.
All entries, regardless of method, are treated equally.

4. WINNER SELECTION

Winners are selected through a random draw conducted at the end of each sweepstakes using a verified platform (such as RandomPicker.com). Details of the prize and number of winners are disclosed on each campaign page.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be contacted via email or phone and must respond within 48 hours. Proof of identity and Arizona residency is required. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

All prizes are detailed on the campaign page, including approximate retail value.
Prize Substitution Disclaimer: If total entry revenue is insufficient to fund the prize as described, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award a modified version of the prize or a cash alternative of equal or lesser value. Any such adjustment will be announced before the drawing.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.

7. TAXES AND FEES

All local, state, and federal taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize exceeding $600 in value will be reported to the IRS, and recipients will receive Form 1099-MISC.

8. PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, winners grant TheDreamTicket LLC the right to use their name, likeness, city, and image for marketing and promotional purposes in any format without additional compensation, unless restricted by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend a sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or legal challenges compromise its integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not liable for lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, or any damages caused by participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize.

11. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without a purchase, send a handwritten 3″ × 5″ postcard (in green ink) including your full name, Arizona mailing address, date of birth, email, phone number, and name of the current sweepstakes to:

Each mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as a standard purchase. Limit: 1 AMOE entry per person per sweepstakes. Must be postmarked during the entry period and received within 5 business days of the closing date.
